Whistler Studio Timeshare For Sale

Don't be fooled by the name of the website. I'm using a few pages of it to show a few pictures of this Whistler Studio and a two bedroom timeshare I have for sale at Whistler. A Whistler timeshare is a valuable vacation asset.

A lot of people think of Whistler as a winter destination - and it is a wonderful one. But it is also a spring, summer and fall destination. With year-round lifts and gondolas to the alpine you have easy access to alpine walks, hikes, serious hikes and backpacking once the snow melts.

And at the lower elevations you have excellent shopping and village strolls for the less athletically inclined.

If mountain biking is your thrill there are tons of amazing rides from novice to expert. Or is it ziplining for you?

Hikers have lots of choices also.

Golf turns your crank? There are 3 beautiful tournament level courses nestled in the mountains.

The entrance to this upscale building, Village Gate House. The ground floor of the building houses a major credit union/bank and an outstanding jewelry store; or if you're worried about your spouse's shopping you can steer him/her to the less pricey outlets across the walkway.

While it is hard to capture this room in a photo it is about 10' by 12'. In the spring, summer and fall it can be used to store your bikes. Located just inside the mainfloor entrance you have easy access to the outside.

This is a very spacious studio with a large open plan incorporating the living room, kitchen, and the dining area. On the left in the living room you can see the murphy bed cupboard. Note the good storage on each side. There is also a very effective gas fireplace in case you get a cool evening.

The well equipped kitchen includes all utensils; refrigerator; stove and oven; microwave; double sink; dishwasher; coffee maker etc.

The king-size murphy bed is really comfortable.

There are 4 dining chairs in case you invite another couple back for dinner.

The big bathroom has a large counter with two separate sinks, a jet tub, and a shower and steam room. Oh yeh, and of course a toilet. Here you can see the tub and on the right the shower and steam room.

The jet tub can ease your tight muscles if you have tired them out hiking, biking or slicing golf balls into the rough.

Or how about a nice hot shower - or a steam bath. Wish I could capture the size of this shower room in one photo - about 4 feet by 7 feet.

Why Are We Selling?

You might ask, "if this studio and your 2 bedroom Whistler timeshares are so great, why are you selling them"?

The answer is that after a number of years focusing on sailing in our 70 foot sailboat, we have shifted to a small motorhome. Being in the gentle state of retirement we will be away a lot more in the spring, summer and fall so it makes a lot of sense to sell our timeshares.

When we want to go to Whistler for the spring, summer and fall activities we love, we will drive up and camp nearby.

So for us it just makes good sense to sell.

Why Buy in Whistler?

HERE. So that`s already a bunch of reasons to buy a week at Whistler. In short, it is a great place to be.

The other major reason is that because Whistler is in such great demand it is a real advantage to have a timeshare there when you want to use it in the RCI system to get a week in one of over 6600 RCI resorts on 5 continents. You can also book additional time at an RCI Resort at significantly discounted rates through the RCI Extra Vacation programme.

Whistler is always a gold week, which gives you priority over owners whose timeshares are in less highly rated resorts.

The Deal

This studio timeshare in the heart of Whistler Village is offered for sale at an excellent price because by selling direct we do not have to eat any commission that would go to a timeshare salesperson.

You would be buying registered title to a fee simple ownership of a floating week (in weeks 20-23, typically a week between 20 May and 10 June) in unit 209 of Village Gate House. After you purchase the unit, if you want to book it for your own use, you simply call Whiski Jack Resorts and book the floating week you want. If you change your mind after having booked your week in your own unit, you can still bank the week with RCI up to 2 weeks before the start of your booked week and then use it later to exchange for a week in another resort.

If you want to travel elsewhere, you first book any one of the floating weeks, and then call RCI and deposit that week with them. You then have up to 3 years to book a week at another RCI or RCI affiliated resort. Some of these other resorts are spectacular. We have used our Whistler timeshares to book in Hawaii to lengthen our stay there beyond the weeks we own in Hawaii. Last year we booked in an incredible resort in Waikoloa Beach on the big island. It was truly fantastic!
